Policies of a stay in our guest rooms and the Gypsy caravan

Our guest house is open all year.
All prices are per night and per room.
Tourist tax: 1.00 € per person per night.
Breakfast is included in the room rates. It is served from 8:30 to 10:00.
Your room is prepared to welcome you from 16:00 and Check out time is 11.00am

All our rooms are air-conditioned. WIFI internet access is free of charge.
Private and closed parking without any charges.

The swimming pool is open according to the weather from mid May until mid-September from 8.00 – 22.00 h. It is secured to standards, but we will require constant monitoring and maximum vigilance at all times

Table d’hôte is served every evening on reservation at the rate of 29 E par adult and 12 E for children ( 6 -12 years ) younger children on request
– Please inform us about your intolerances.

Our entire MAS is non-smoking. We strive to provide odor-free accommodations to our guests. Any act of wilful olfactory pollution be I through smoking or diffusion of anything else will incur a minimum cleaning surcharge of 200 E, possibly more if the room cannot be rented to other guests.

Smoking area provided outside – Please do not smoke at the table (during meals outside).

Pets are welcomed, and our 3 Irish Setters will welcome them with great pleasure. Dogs are not allowed next /near the pool. – There is a special ‘place to be ‘ for dogs and their owners.

Terms of Sales

For any reservation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount of the stay or a minimum night will be requested either by check or by bank transfer. The balance must be paid at the end of the stay in cash, French check (from a French Bank – no personal checks ), or bank transfer upon departure.
A booking with said deposit payment indicates acceptance of our Terms and Conditions.

Intended use of our Giftcards needs to be indicated at time of the booking and their acceptance is subject to individual approval.

Credit cards are not accepted.

Terms of cancelation

Advance payments will not be refunded

For cancellations announced with a minimum of 4 weeks before the beginning of the stay the deposit can be credited towards a future stay within the following 12 months of cancelled visit. If notification of cancellation is received less than 15 days prior to the arrival date, the total amount of the deposit will be charged and is not- refundable. In case of cancellation 14 days before arrival or no show the total cost will be due if we can not resell the room;

Cancellation requests must be made by registered mail and mention your name and date of stay.
Cancellations during the stay will not be refunded. The total price of the stay will be charged.

Following to many experiences we have had in the past we count on your understanding concerning cancellations; We will not ask you to leave one or two days earlier as booked and confirmed from both sides due to a request from another guest who would like to arrive one day earlier than expected
Nor can be accept a “weather-excuse” if the sun is doing little whims (we rarely get ill just the time of the rain announced for the weekend)

It is mutual trust – It is obvious that unfortunately real accidents happen and we accept them without worry … THANK YOU for your understanding.

The MAS DU GRAND JONQUIER however suggests to its customers to sign a cancellation insurance with their insurer.
